Award-Winning Fudge

In 2006, Marsden's Confectionery won a coveted Gold Award at the annual Great Taste Awards for our Vanilla Fudge.

In 2010, we're delighted to have won yet another Great Taste Gold Award - this time for our Chocolate Fudge.

What are the Great Taste Awards?

The Great Taste Awards is competition run by the Guild of Fine Food Retailers. The Guild of Fine Food is the UK trade association for businesses making or selling top quality local, regional and speciality food and drink.

Since 1993 the Guild has organised the Great Taste Awards, the national benchmark for speciality food and drink which attracts over 4500 entries each year. The Great Taste Awards has gained widespread recognition among the country's retailers and consumers and is now seen as the benchmark for fine food in the UK.

What does winning a Gold Award mean?

Those products fortunate enough to receive an award cannot only claim to be of the finest quality, but prove it too. All entries undergo rigorous tests by a specially selected panel of experts, including leading chefs, buyers, food critics and deli owners.

At Marsden's Confectionery, we're exceptionally proud that our fudge has won this prestigious award, not once but twice!
