Marsden’s Bailey's Fudge

Marsden's Bailey's Fudge as the name suggests is made with Bailey's Irish Cream. We add this at the end of the cooking process and then turn up the heat to boil off the alcohol. This is turn concentrates and delvelops a deep and intense flavour of Bailey's, it is simply delicious. It is wonderful served with black coffee at the end of a meal or just on its own!
