Marsden’s Rum and Raisin Fudge

We soak the raisins in rum for up to three weeks before adding to the fudge towards the end of cooking so that they burst with flavour, upon eating, we also add rum to the fudge base so a wonderful intense flavour. 

Available in one size of bag two sizes of ballotin box, Marsden’s Chocolate Fudge is tied with a purple ribbon.
